András
András Szoboszlay (1972) is a draughtsman, painter and graphic artist, an urban sketcher often called “the painter of Budapest”.
He graduated as an animation director from MOME in 1996, then spent two decades in advertising before returning to hands-on making. He draws and paints scenes from Budapest, Lake Balaton and many European cities, and has built his own handcrafted design brand from this work; he also sketches at events and weddings, and leads workshops.
